Filtering Attributes To Retain a Whitelist

I have been working on a text mining application which has resulted in a very large matrix.  This is as expected.  I want to retain all of the rows of the example set.  However, I only want to retain the attributes from a white list in my results file.

I have certain keywords that are important for my analysis.  So, I need to just keep those attributes in my document TF table and can discard all of the others.
