Panopticon's ability to upload a file

I have a QQ regarding the Panopticon's ability to upload the input file from the user and pass it on to backend. In other words, Can we create a facility in Panopticon to be able to accept uploads(Flat files like Text,Excel etc.,)  from the user and create a job which will allow me to push the file uploaded to the backend?

I am assuming that we are talking about Panopticon Real Time / Panopticon Visualization Server. In this product, there is no out-of-the-box functionality that allows dashboard users (Viewers, Analysts) to upload data. All tasks related to making connections to data and deciding what data to display in dashboards are reserved for Designer users.
