Mongodb import and aggregation Operator
d4emueller
For grouping with aggregation operator the group attribute has to be known as metadata, because you can only pick it up from list. With MongoDB connector "Read" there are no metadata before reading the data. The solution I found out: dublicating the wanted attributes with generate attribute operator and use the dublicates for grouping. With real big data sets not best solution. Any smarter solution available?
best regards
Ines

Hi,
yes there is an easier way: You can click the little "plus" icon on the top right side of the attribute selection dialog after you have entered the name of the attribute in the 'Search' field.
Regards,
Marco
