Geometric files opening in the Hypermesh

Hello!

 

I've used the Hypermesh 2021, but I didn't get the file.step in my machine. I've got opened it inside of ABVIEWER 14 NORMALLY and the same file was opened by my friend normally. 

 

The following message is:

 

I don't know why! I have tried all the time! My friend opened it normally in your machine. Could You help me, please?

try changing your folder from 'Área de Trabalho' to another, with no special characters, and check if it works, please?

Avoid folders with spaces and special characters like this, ok?

Now, I have done your tip certainly, but I didn't sucCEED. The problem was the same before commented.

can you double check if your installation .exe file is not corrupted?

Sometimes when downloading the software, for some reason the installer get corrupted and thus the software doesn't work properly.

Even reinstalling will give you an error, since the installer was the problem.

So first of all, please check your installer file (.exe) and check the 'checksum' value that can be obtained from your initial email.
