How a SVM classifier is generated?

I have a training set and build a SVM classifier out from that. I obtain the performance matrix (AUC, precision, accuracy). How are these values being obtained in cross validation? Specifically, rapidminer determine an optimal threshold for SVM, and then use that threshold, we do cross validation and obtain precision, and accuracy?
