Approximated rectangles

In a (0,1) matrix I'm trying to identify 1's rectangles, in the example below a 2x3 rectangle can be identified in the first and second rows, but an approximate 3x3 rectange could also be identified including the 3rd row, it is not an exact rectangle because a 1 is missing in the fourth column but if there could be some way to identify those types of approximated rectangles by means of any data mining technique please let me know.
I'm new to data mining, have a computer science background please any hint will be very appreciated
