Can Cophenetic Correlation Coefficient(CPCC) Operator connect with k-Means oper?

I plan to use Cophenetic Correlation Coeffcient (CPCC) operator for clustering evaluation.

Can CPCC operator used to connect with k-Means clustering operator or others instead of Agglomerative clustering operator?
