Text Mining - Custom Word Vector

Hi,
I want to use custom weights for my word vector. I don't want to use TF-IDF, or others provided in the RM. I have already calculated the weights that I want to use and they are in a file with the format <word>:<pos>:<weight>. How can i load this custom word vector in RM ? I want to use SVM to learn this model and then apply it on a test document set.
Please let me know if more details are required.
