After the analysis shape change

Hı everyone,

My structure has very less weight and size.

I want to lattice optimization and I do. But shape of my structure is changing. shape is very thin.

I think this can be due to the weight.

Can you help me?

Is this happening after analysis or after optimization?

Looks like there is some problem in the model. Can you please check the material, load, etc...?

I ran the analysis on the base file and I see the same with that.

Can you please check the units, material and check if there are any modeling errors?

All units are the same. and I don't understand what is the problem.

Can you check the model units?

The total length of the model is ~9e-2 mm!!???

I checked my model. Actually, 90mm in Solidworks, but 9e-2 in hypermesh. Why is it changing?

Could be because of the scale factor.

You can scale the mesh using Tools page>> Scale

Select all elements in Scale panel, Provide a scale factor of 1000 (9e-2 to 90) in all directions and scale the elements. Apply loads and BCs and try again
