Survey Analysis

Hi,

I am using Rapidminer since last friday. I am searching for a tool, whoch is able to analyse feedback to employees, especially open text fields.

I have found a couple of youtube videos explaining how to do it. Unfortunately i am still missing my desired result.

I have an Excel table with the following columns:

Agent Name / Rating / Feedback
Tony / 10 / Great and quick
Mark / 5 / was ok
Laura / 1 / long response time

and so on.

Now I am searching for the option to create associations between the agents name, the rating and the words used in the feedback field.

I highly appreciate any tips hints or manuals.
