I have data with thousands binary attributes.
There are possibility use CLOPE algorithm to do clustering on this data?
If not, can you, please, help me to find a way to deal with this data...

Hi Sasha,
to my knowledge CLOPE is not implemented in any of RapidMiner-maintained extensions, and I am not aware of any such third-party extensions, neither.
If you are familiar with Java coding you could consider implementing your own extension. Creating an extension and adding your own operators is quite simple (Java knowledge assumed) - have a look at the Whitepaper "How to extend RapidMiner" on our website.
