Hypergraph capture graphic area not working

Hi,

I don't know what is happening, but when I want to export/save the graphic area in Hypergraph, it doesn't work. I click on Capture graphic area (picture for reference). At the bottom on the screen (picture for reference), it is written that the task was accomplished, but it has not. No picture anywhere.

Can you help me? It was working before. I don't remember if this problem started when I switch to 2019.1, but I don't think so.

    Is there any special character in the folders that might be causing some issue?

    Can you try saving in a simpler folder, just to check? I.e: C:/temp

    Yes, you are right. It's working now with a simplier name. One of my folder had a «é» in his name (french).
