Time don't indicates correct. What i am do wrong?

I do some screenshots in RapidMiner and excel... You will see, that in excel i have Time column.... why in program i have "???" instead correct time? What settings i need to write to do correct time in that column? If i place "time" in Data import wizard i have same result that in polynominal.

Hi,

the big box on the upper right in your third screen. This defines the date format which is used to import.

I don't understand. I need to set Date format? I don't need date.. i need only time.
