Unable to access license

Hello all,

I have access to EDEM license for a limited period of time.
Meanwhile, I have tried to downloading the software from the marketplace. I have looked for the the license manager too but seems like the portal has locked me out of access to the downloads.

Can someone please help me out here, I have attached the screenshot for your reference.
