Extract "#"-seperated-Data from one attribut.

Hello,

how could i extract informations from one Attribute. The information is seperated with "#" and written in the attribute "CTDI_all" for example.

like this:  12.23#23.24#45.54#....

i need to extract the information and generate new attributs like CTDI_1
12.23
