"Insert Entry" button in "Edit Parameter List: function descriptions" dialog

When editing the list of attributes in a Generate Attributes operator, it is difficult to insert a new generated attribute midway through the list. I always have to go to the XML for this. As the generated attributes can be interdependent, their order matters. There is an "Add Entry" button which appends to the list. The request is for an "Insert Entry" button which inserts an entry before the one that currently has focus.
