An instalation trouble.

Hello!
I Installed Rapid Analitics on Win 7 x64.

In field hostname I put "192.168.1.3" port = 8080.

Now i launch "run.bat" without parameters and use firefox to enter the admin page
http:\\192.168.1.3:8080
Nothing happens.

So I relaunch run.bat with "-b 192.168.1.3"
Nothing happen again.

P.S. All of these were launched with administrator priv.
Help please.
