how to modify relation between features in BBN

Hi everyone

I tried to work with BBN ( Bayesian Believe Network ) but I can't find anything to modify relation between features
I searched in internet but I found nothing about that
can anybody help me on this issue ?
is there a GUI for modify this relation or not?
links or reference or any example can help me a lot
