"Split Data on Row Number?"

Is there a way to split data absolutely on a row number?

I see this is available in the Split Validation but the Split Data operator appears to only be relative...

    Actually, I figured out a work around.

    I filtered the data based on ID > and <= corresponding to the row I wanted to split on.
