Help pages have confusing and distracting text sizes

Referring to the linked screenshot.... text sizes and paragraph spacing in Help pages are chaotic, making it very hard to read.
Is there a better way to view the Help pages? Or, can they be altered?
I am on Ubuntu linux, but not sure if that makes a difference.

for which Operator did you get such an ugly help text? Normally they look different, now matter what operating system you are using,
