Topology Optimization Different Results
Hi; I created geometry and ı wanted to create new topology geometry, but I got a mistake. My parameters;
-20*20*20mm Cube (Bottom and top have one mm thickness nondesign area so design area is 20*20*18)
- Material Inconel 718 ( E=168000, Yield Strength=980Mpa, Tensile Utilize Strength=1232 Mpa)
- Bottom surface is SPC, Top surface is uniform pressure (30Mpa)
Topology Optimization Setup;
- Stress Contain: 515Mpa (Safety Coefficient 1.9)
- Min Compliance
-Max Vol. Frac 0.4
I want to get at the image (c) geometry.

Hi Anil,
Typically I wouldn't apply both a stress constraint and volume fraction constraint on the same model.Try these setups:
Minimize Mass with the stress constraint
or
Minimize Compliance with Volume fraction constraint1 -

And last question; How can I see threshold value for topology optimization. Thank you very much again, best regards.
