S-Timber not working
Hello everyone,
I recently installed the S-Frame student version, and it seems to be working fine. However, I also need to use S-Timber in conjunction with S-Frame. Unfortunately, I'm encountering an error message that states, "S-Timber 2022.2.0 has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience. External component has thrown an exception." I'm presented with two options: Send Error Report and Don't Send.
I'm not certain if the issue arises because I used the same license for both S-Frame and S-Timber. Could this be the problem? Should I submit another application for a separate license for S-Timber, or does having one license cover all programs on the platform?
I'd greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on this issue. Thanks in advance!

Hi,
The license file covers both software i.e. Altair S-FRAME and Altair S-TIMBER.
Can you share the image/screenshot of the error?

Hello Payal, thanks for response. Screenshot is in the attachment. I tried several times, by implementing steps on the link but it is not working.

Further to my last message, we found that this issue was resolved after reinstalling S-TIMBER. S-FRAME seemed to run without issue, which indicated the license was working fine, and a reinstall of S-TIMBER seemed to resolve a potential issue with the original install.
