Pivot Group Attributes

Pivot operator 'Group Attribute' & 'Index Attribute' drop-down boxes have no values.
Previous 'Select Attributes' operator exa port contains resultset as expected.
Error is "Process failed: No attribute selected"
Advice is to "Select an attribute by clicking on the 'attribute name' drop-down box" :-(
Have uninstalled / cleaned registry / installed RM x2 ... no change
Can't find anything related on forums or in wider Googlesphere

Hi,

even if the drop down boxes are empty, you can simply type in the name of the attributes manually (please remember that attribute names are case sensitive).
