I have 2 columns of data P and V and would like to analyse/predict P by studying V and seeing if there is any correlation between the 2 sets of numbers. For example when V increases for 3 data points does P follow etc. What would be the best way to proceed?

Maybe a combination of Differentiate and Windowing from the Series Extension can help you, in combination with a classification/regression learner.
