S-Frame shows black only in screen
Hello,
my S-Frame got a problem (see below), and I cannot see my model but only see black screen. I re-install and remain the same situation.
How can I fix this problem? If you can reply to me ASAP, it would be great because my works are urgent to be done. The other engineers in my office
do not have this problem. Thanks
Alex

Hello Alex,
I hope all is well.
This issue was encountered by another forum user in the past, and the solution can be found here: https://community.altair.com/community/en?id=community_question&sys_id=89afe7a1db3159d0cfd5f6a4e29619c8
To summarize, you can navigate to the Options Menu-->Colours and Fonts, and then once that dialogue appears, please press the 'Defaults All' button on the right side of the dialogue.
This should address your issue. If not, please let us know.

Hi Matt,
Thank you for your quick response. Now I can see my model, it is great.
But still some functions are not quite normal.
For an example, in Geometries window, before, when I click on any item, such as release, support..., from Shortcuts tool bar, I can see this item on my model immediately. But now, after I click on the item, I need to zoom in or zoom out the screen first to allow me to see the item on the model. How can I fix it?
Thanks

Thanks for the update, Alex. As for your 2nd item, I'm not sure I follow your description. Perhaps we can dive a bit deeper with a support case. Could I ask you to open a support case using the following link?

This will allow us to dive a bit deeper.
