Problem to open RapidMiner 5.3 [SOLVED]

Hi,
Am succesfuly able to install the rapidminer 5.3 but i cont able to open the RM UI.
if i click the shortcut of RM one popup msg ll comes updating rapidminer like that after few seconds it will also disappear.
dnt knw whats thw problem ???.
if any one knw the solution for this please guide me to overcome this problem.

Hi,

please try starting RM via the RapidMinerGUI.bat file and see if there is an error message.

- launch the windows command console (type in cmd in the search field in the start menu and press Enter)
- navigate to your RapidMiner installation\scripts directory
- start the RapidMinerGUI.bat from within the cmd console
- see if there is an error and post your findings here
