Unable to download software from Altair Student Edition mail links

I was unable to download the student version from the link sent by the mail.

    Hi Praveen,

    We sent the download links in a pdf by email as well now,

    There are cases where when you click on the download links in the email, one would just see a tab open and the exe does not download, in such cases

    • You should copy and paste the links in a different browser and click go
    • You should open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there

    please get back with screenshots and what you see when you try to download if you still see issues.
