Of course it would be, but even though the computational power of mobile devices has increased rapidly during the last years, I fear that they are still not yet powerful enough to perform any reasonable  machine learning tasks.

The approach should rather be to create an interface on a powerful server which is accessible by mobile devices and other clients. This task is fulfilled by our RapidAnalytics server, which offers access to processes stored on the server via webservices, and the Enterprise Edition even has support for powerful and interactive graphical dashboards.
