Controlling scaling of y-axis in Bars Stacked plot, Report operator

Background:
Multiple "Bars Stacked" plots are generated in a report, with different data. The vertical axes of these plots are each scaled automatically, and therefore dependent on the data in the plot. However, there is a need to keep scaling consistent across the different plots.

Request:
A property for "Bars Stacked" plots in Report operator that allows the user the specify axis limits directly (numerically).
