Hi everyone,
I want to ask some questions about PQ2 Diagram.
Best Regards.
1. pq2 parameters will not affect the simulation result, its just to check how much pressure vs flow is demanded from the machine as per the simulation process parameters.
2. The max allowed solid fraction constant (Z)is a factor converting the solid fraction (S) to temperature, at a very high level so k_sf is trying to add additional heat below noflow on accout of solidfraction, to kind of calculate fill time.
3. Tnoflow is the no flow temperature of the melt. h= casting wall thickness. S= solid fraction
