Error when run any model in MSMV?

Hi expert,

Can anyone explain why I can't run a basic model in MV 2022.1 but I can run it in MV 2022 or a lower version? (In this example, I am using a model in the library).

    Hi Pham - Can you share both models? Impossible to debug without models since we have not come across this issue before.

    Hi Ananth,

    I attached a basic model and video that meet trouble when using MS 2022.1 versions. It occurs on any model.

    Hi Tuan,

    I looked over the video you attached and ran the model in 2022 and 2022.1. I did not receive any errors like you did in 2022.1.

    I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling 2022.1. That will hopefully resolve the issue. Let us know!

    I  have tried reinstalling but still, this error occurs. Is it a license issue? Can you more explain this issue? I tried and ran the model on my private laptop, I did not receive any errors, but I ran it on my 2 company laptops, and it occurs as you see.

    Hi Tuam,

     

    That does seem like an license issue.. The best person to check your companies license is your Altair Account Manager, please contact them about checking the license for 2022.1.

     

    If they ask you to create an support ticket (https://community.altair.com/community) . Please make sure to mention in the ticket that you appear to be having license issues, you have tested the model on your own private laptop and received no errors. While on the company laptops you are getting the errors. This will help the dispatchers send the ticket to the licensing group.
