Extracting info from records

Hi,

I wanted to extract information from the records that which part has been replaced or changed.

My records are

Replaced hard disk                      - output will be hard disk

I have changed the cable                - output will be cable

Disk has been replaced                      - output will be Disk


Could you please suggest the way to do so in Rapid Miner.
