How to display labelled data after classification

Hello,
After classification I would like to display labelled data (e.g. in table) so that I see which label was attached to which exact row (and not only the general results of classification presented by Performance operator).
How can I do it?

    after you run the data via apply model they should get the classification label (u must connect the data port to right most output of the main process)
