"Text Mining"

Hi all
I am a newbie here. I  have a documents with structured text in the format that I want to label to do other things...
I was wondering how to categorize in RapidMiner and label this structured text for doing various analysis.
[abc:dcf abc abc 123:123 abc
abc:dcf abc abc 123:123 abc
abc:dcf abc abc 123:123 abc

]
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
