Data To Documents

I have a excel file with each row being a different entry from a database  there are a couple of columns with free text which I want to use for training of the data.  I classifiy it wiht id and labels, then use "data to documents" to start text mining a few of the columns in order to classify the entries.. I cant seem to set a label once I split in into documents.  Each Document seems to keep the details but I cant reference then to add a label to the document.

Any ideas on how to add a label using the already given from the import??
