[SOLVED] Invert condition in Filter Stopwords (Dictionary)

Filter Stopwords (Dictionary) is almost the only filter that doesn't have Invert condition option. Since adding of this feature is simple and maybe other would benefit from this feature (just like me), I base this topic.
