Data Relation Analysis for result

Hi,

I had done analyze the keyword occurrence from the text.(The text crawled by using web crawling). But then may i know how to relate each word have the same relation(meaning) toward that text? For example "cases" total occurrences 19 times, "death" total occurrences 10 times. How to determine that "cases" have the word relationship meaning to "death" also?  Is that possible use Rapid Miner to further analysis this relation? ??? ???
