Problem opening process using My Experiment Browser

Hi all, I installed the community extension and opened a process. After it showed the process diagram, I clicked on the open link and a new windows says Downloading workflow. The problem however is that nothing happens afterward and I cannot use the downloaded process, I cannot even find it. If anyone can help me with this I would be greatly appreciated.
