Monitor Delay

Hi,

Can anyone point me to the operator I'd use if I want to monitor the execution time of another operator and stop it if it is taking too long? 
For example when using Enrich Data by Webservice I'd like it to not return any data if the operator has taken more than 5 seconds to return a result.
