"What I could do with transcribed text files using Rapidminer"

I used dragon naturally speaking to create text files out of voice memos.

Those look like File-0001.txt for File-0001.wma.

Inside there are some wrong words and of course no punctuation, new lines etc.

I am wondering what I could do with those text files using Rapidminer that makes sense. Ideas?
