Error with Hosted HWU
Hello,
I'm trying to authorize altair Hyperworks using a license code with almutil but every time i put the authorization token in the box and click authorize there is an error: 'Unable to authorize with Hosted HWU system'.
Can anyone help me?

It is preferable, for you to log into Altair One, on your app (HyperWorks in your case). Here is a KB article you can use for reference:

but there is always the license error when I open hypermesh.

Domenico, looks like you are using a on-prem server license (not hosted license), and the that license expires in 29 days. You need to work with your admin to make sure there is a new license file in place before the current one expires.
If you are intending to use hosted licenses, pls use the first option that says Hosted on Altair One, and enter your Altair One user name and password to activate your account.
I'm having the same error. Did anyone find a resolution to this problem?
