"Cut off value for Logistics Regression"

Hi everyone,
This is my first post! I'm new to Data Mining. If it's very trivial and not correct, please understand and help me fix my understanding.
In my view, Logistics Regression gives us a probability value that one transaction can be categorized as the target classification.
Based on that understanding, I think I can set up a cut off value. For example, if the end result is
and the cut off value is 0.3. Transaction A will be selected in this case.
I have been looking for this option in RapidMiner but I can't find any operator to set up a cut off value for Logistic Regression operator.
Am I missing something?
