Help for Customer Profiling

I have a  Banks Transaction sample dataset with the following fields
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tansaction ID
Account ID
Transaction Time
Week Day of Transaction
Node of the transaction
Region
Transaction Type (Deposit or Withdrawal or Static change etc.)
Channel of the Transaction
Amount
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now My Aim is to create a profile for each account ( Profile means - I want to capture All the past behaviour of each account, so that for each of present transactions, I can  compare with the past begaviour of the same account)

So finally I want to create a separate profile for each Account ID.

Please suggest me the way to achieve this.
