Value Labels Not Recognized in .SAV file

Using RapidMiner 5.1.006 and a 'Read SPSS' operator, I'm trying to import an SPSS SAV file.  Even though I turned on the 'Use Value Labels' the result set doesn't reflect any value labels.  The person providing the .SAV file assures me Value Labels were specified in this data set.  The problem is only with the Value labels -- Attrinute Name Labels are recognized by the import process.

Can anyone confirm having Value Labels recognized by the 'Read SPSS' operator?

could you please send me the .sav file? I would like to check this, might be SPSS has changed their file format.
