Hi John.

As far as I know there is no implementation of a string kernel in any of RapidMiner's SVMs and (unfortunately) none seems to be planned in the next future. But RapidMiner is an open source tool and you might try to implement such a kind of kernel yourself. Another option could be to call upon our individual software solution services.
