Name of the operator - takes time

Hi,

I am trying to change the name of the operator and since the size of the process file is huge (300KB), it takes around 5 minutes to get the actual name changed and saved in the process file. Would really appreciate any work around with this problem.

Hi,

did you try to disable the setting "Validate Automatically?" in the menu "Process"? The long time is probably caused by the meta data propagation which especially takes a long time if you are not using the repository or a database as data source.

nope, sorry. Actually, version 4.4 was released more than two years ago - maybe an update would be a good idea
