Hello fellow number crunchers
This question may be strange, but: Does anyone know which version of weka is used in rapidminer 4.6. And yes, I know Rapidminer 5.0 is out, but I am pretty sure I need to know this to avoid unnecessary amount of work
.
What I found so far:
The CHANGES.txt states:
thanks in advance

which indicate that version 3.6.1 is the correct one (http://sourceforge.net/projects/weka/files/weka-3-6/). Is this correct ?

Hi Steffen,
How nice to hear from you again! You have been sorely missed. On the weka front I think the answer is 3.7.0 - I still also have RM 4.6 and if I click on the weka jar to start it that's what I get from the 'help about'.
Season's greetings to you and yours!
PS. My CUDA association rules thing clocks in at a 100x as fast as RM, so it was worth the effort!0 -
Hello Haddock
and thanks for the warm welcome. I still hope to find more time for diving into the depths of rapidminer again.
Thanks for the version ... do not know why it didn't occur to me.
all the best for you and your family

PS: (Some notes)
@CUDA:Great to hear that it worked for you.
@rm4.6: I am also happy to see that there are still others around who can't leave the old lady. RM 5 is surely great, but it (yet) takes longer from idea to code in rm5 (habits, impatience etc etc.)0
