"Information Extraction Plugin - How Install?"

I've downloaded the Jar from TU Dortmund's site and placed it in the Program Files/../RM5/lib/ and /plugins and managed extensions folder but RM isn't aware of it. How do I setup the IE plugin so RM recognizes it? Thanks.
