how to apply new license to my users

Recently I purchased a new license but users are complaining that the application does not open as the old license expired

    There might be a lot of causes for that, and it might be a specific reason. Probably the best way, as you're a commercial customer of Altair, is to get in touch with your Altair local representative, or create a support 'Case' for Altair, at the top right of your Altair Community page, so that they can assist you directly.
