German Stemmer

Hi

I would be grateful if anyone on the RapidMiner team could tell me which implementation does the standard german stemmer use? Is it similar to snowball algorithm?

Hi,

the German stemmer is based on the report "A Fast and Simple Stemming Algorithm for German Words" by Jörg Caumanns. If this is similar to the German snowball stemmer? No idea...
